I have been going to SJ classes for 3 years now. It was hard at the start but now I keep up with everyone in the class. I have lost 2 dress sizes and managed to keep myself fit and active. I would recommend this class to anyone who is new or a regular exerciser – there are all shapes and sizes here!

I have been attending SJs classes since Feb 2005,  I try to do at least 2-3 classes a week.

So far I have managed to drop a dress size which has resulted in me having gained more confidence because I now feel a lot better about myself


I would like to lose some more weight and tone up all my flabby bits.

The training I have received so far has been second to none,  I have been to exercise classes before and found that I have only stuck to this for 2 months max because I felt that the support and encouragement that I needed to continue was lacking.  I have been to SJs classes for 12 months now and look forward to them each time. SJ is very supportive and even with someone who is shy like myself she makes sure that I am included in the group. SJ provides a varied number of classes so there is always one that I can fit into my personal schedule. I would rate the classes 10/10.  They’re brilliant!!

 
Would you recommend it to someone else?

Absolutely without a doubt, and I have.

"I would definitely recommend the Bums, Tums and Thighs classes-  Sarah Jane is so professional and enthusiastic; much better than other classes I've been to in the past. I've been going for about 5 months, and have been able to tone up my shape, which I'm really pleased with.  Before I started it was difficult to stay motivated and keep to a routine, but with these classes I actually look forward to exercise, as you feel so good afterwards.  It really helps get rid of a stressful day at work.  Also, the people at the class are really friendly and down to earth- not like "leotard gym bunnies" you see in other places!!!"

your classes back in March time I've noticed changes not only in my body and appearance but even my skin looks better. Its nice to receive compliments especially from your own mother saying that you look good and that you've lost some weight, especially as I am sure most people will find that their mother is the toughest critic of all. Best of all though its the feeling of confidence you get when you know that you both look and feel good. This is something I could not have achieved without your help.

I always feel able to approach you with any problems or questions that I have as you don't make me feel small or stupid. You are very supportive and always make time even though you are on a busy schedule.

Your classes are always enjoyable because you change the routine and make sure that we work our muscles with different exercises for maximum effect.

You have encouraged me to work harder and challenge myself. I can now touch my toes and beyond because of the increase in my flexibility through Pilates!!
