Body Fat Percentage Losing inches from Hips, Upper Arm, Forearm, Thighs and Calf Heat Rate Endurance, Flexibility, Strength and more… You will receive a full assessment from one of the team. You will also receive: You will also receive a full tailored Diet Plan. Every week we will be doing a Fat/inch loss exercise program and a weight management section. This exercise session will last 45-minutes. On top of that, I will provide you with home routines with free DVDs. The DVD will cover all the Legs, Bums & Tums, Fat Loss, Fab-Abs and Stretch programmes. This programme is suitable for complete beginners to the regular exerciser. The classes will run for 4 weeks – with 1 PT session to be taken when you like. If all that is not enough, to help you achieve your goal, you can attend 1 class of your choice (ex Pilates Beginners) per week free of charge! Thats an additional 4 free classes!
