Post Natal Fitness & Pilates


At SJ Fitness we know how difficult it is to get the time to get back into shape after the birth of your baby. We understand it is not always possible to head off to the gym and leave your baby with a babysitter.

This gave us the idea to offer new mums an exclusive service.

Mother and baby Fitness

Every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 2pm - 4pm

This is a service for new mums, you can bring your new baby with you. All we ask is your baby is secure in a carry cot or in a play pen. Your baby must be within 6 weeks - 1 year old (sorry no babies that are walking)

To use this service you need to book your slot in advance - this is because spaces are limited to 3 per hour session.

Mum and baby fitness is £10 per hour session. This gives you access to the personal training room, giving you use of the equipment while being supervised by a trainer.

First Class Starts Tuesday 11th November at 12pm
 
 
Are you wanting to get back into shape after the birth of your baby. 
Need to ease back into fitness, want to get your pelvic floor and abdominal muscles back into shape. Then this is the class for you.
 
 
This is a 4 week block for new mums and is suitable for complete beginners to Pilates
 
Mums can bring their new baby with them
